By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Site or Services.

5.1 Hardware Wallets

Domexec hardware wallets are designed to provide secure storage for cryptocurrency private keys. Our hardware wallets:

• Are sold as physical devices for secure key management
• Do not include cryptocurrency trading, exchange, or custody services
• Require user setup and security measures (seed phrase backup)
• May receive firmware updates to improve security and functionality

5.2 Software

Our companion software applications are provided to facilitate the use of our hardware wallets. By using our software, you agree to:

• Install updates when available to maintain security
• Use the software only for its intended purpose
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software

5.3 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site and Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

6. Purchasing Products

6.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of products, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or concerns about the authenticity of the order.

6.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price or canceling it.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery times indicated on our Site, but we do not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

The Domexec name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Domexec or our affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site or Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site or Services.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Site or Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, Services, or other users' accounts
• Transmitting any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or Services

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS, IF ANY, WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

WHILE OUR HARDWARE WALLETS ARE DESIGNED WITH SECURITY AS A PRIORITY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY AGAINST ALL POTENTIAL THREATS OR VULNERABILITIES. PROPER USE AND SECURITY PRACTICES BY THE USER ARE ESSENTIAL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Domexec, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE OR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
• LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS DUE TO USER ERROR, FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS, OR LOST RECOVERY SEED PHRASES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domexec, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, then either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Alameda County, California, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
